How much do your services cost?
A professional wedding and event planner can charge based on an hourly rate, a flat rate, or even a percent of the overall wedding cost. Our pricing for ala carte services are based upon an hourly rate. Our pricing for day-of, partial, and full planning is based upon a flat rate and will be customized based on the size and logistics of your wedding or event. We do not charge a percentage of your budget. We tailor our services to fit your needs so you know exactly what you are paying for and what to expect. During our initial meeting, we will discuss your wedding or event in further details, get to know each other, and determine if we are a good fit. You will also receive a custom quote at the initial meeting.
Is there a fee for the initial meeting?
No. Initial meetings are complimentary and last an hour.

How far in advance should I hire a professional planner?
For any of our services, the earlier you contact us, the better. Keep in mind, your date has to be available.
