Pittsburgh Luxury Wedding Planner | Danny + Adam

Oh the joy we had planning the most special day for Danny + Adam! They are the perfect compliments to each other and both radiated the best energy. From the initial meeting we just adored them and knew this celebration would be one for the books. Only these two could pull off a very curated palette of chocolate with a very specific hue of a nude/pecan. They knew what they wanted and even gave us a nice presentation for the design vision--it was impressive! They trusted us completely to transform a hotel ballroom into the wedding of their dreams.

The stationery was oh-so-important in order to set the tone for the wedding day. The chocolate on chocolate blind embossed was a every single thing.

Guests arrived fabulously in black tie and were greeted by the beautiful draped tunnel featuring a live champagne wall. They were in for another treat entering the ceremony space that was custom designed as a runway. Not just any runway. It very much gave an exclusive NYFW show! It was a true labor of love space planning this set up to fit because we were flipping this space for dinner and dancing. We were determined and we knocked the monochromatic drape, lighting, runway, and chair treatments out of the park!! The stage was set for the most fabulous grooms to commit their loves to each other in the most stylish way and with the most modelisque bridal party.

We loved the dramatic contrast of colors between the ceremony, cocktail, and reception. The cocktail space was very sultry and sexy with pecan drape and moody lighting. Complete transformation of this very neutral foyer space!

We transformed the ballroom into an effortlessly city chic supper club dining room. We layered chocolate on chocolate for the linens, napkins, and chairs and finished the table top with the perfect smoke glassware. There was only one flower invited to the party yet provided such a statement + impactful visual.

The custom 24ft bar was another moment!! We wanted the bar to feel like it belonged in a chic restaurant or hotel lobby yet. We intentionally did not let up on the tone on tone vibes and it made the big statement we intended to make.

Of course the stage was custom and on brand too! Anchoring the room, the black and white dancefloor was the perfect contrast. The energy in the room was unreal. You could literally feel the excitement and love from their family and friends as they witnessed this moment for Danny + Adam. The food impressed, the cocktails flowed, and the band raised the roof! All things collided perfectly for these two who are so very deserving of an epic celebration. LOVE WINS!
