Pittsburgh Luxury Wedding Planner | Emily + Ross

Updated: Jan 28

Two words: WOW FACTOR. SHE just loves it when more is more and less is bore. We had the honor of working with the fabulous Fazio family to plan + design another epic celebration. Emily + Ross' day was oh-so-sexy, full of style + glamour! They wanted something striking + non-traditional. Their love for black + white allowed the perfect palette for chic monochromatic vibes throughout the wedding design.

The bold black velvet invitation with white foil stamping set the tone for this stunning day. We loved featuring Emily + Ross' beautiful engagement photos in some of the design details.

A first look is always a good idea! It really helps calm the nerves by seeing each other privately for the first time and it allows enough time to truly capture amazing portraits. This haute duo took advantage of the time before their ceremony and we could literally post their whole gallery--it's soooo good!

The magazine style ceremony program was a conversation starter + lovely keepsake. Such a unique + meaningful way to showcase their engagement photos!

Guests were in for a true treat as they arrived to the Carnegie Museum of Natural History for cocktail hour around the balcony of the Music Hall. The grandeur of the space boasted with even more delight overlooking the layers of gorgeous white floral, mirror, and acrylic details.

Guests found their seat + revealed a chic surprise once all of the escort cards were removed. Doesn't get any better than Beyoncé lyrics x a sketch by our favorite, Handmade Highlights--Emily was a girl after our own hearts!

Too many flowers to count!! Mixing different tablescape details is a SHE thing! There were long rows of tables with mirror tops and floral runners + leather benches + acrylic chairs. The round tables had two different centerpieces that added height to them room. The mirror chargers + napkin/menu combo stayed consistent throughout the tabletops.

The head table installation was a masterpiece + anchored the room with the mirror dancefloor. This statement piece provided a gorgeous backdrop for toasts, dancing, + photos throughout the evening.

The entertainment was also top-tier! Emily + Ross gave the best of both worlds with a dj + band fusion!! Each did their own set and then guests enjoyed the mix of live instruments

with good old dj spinning. Guests stayed on their feet. It's truly a combination you have to experience!

SHE loves this energy + dress change!! Cheers to the Fazios---forever looks absolutely fabulous on you!
